Student Hall in Bloomsbury

This is a medium single room (with a shared kitchen and bathroom) at Handel Mansions. It is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to UCL, Birkbeck, SOAS, and King’s Cross, a 5-minute walk to Russell Square station, and a 1-minute walk to the Brunswick Centre (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, etc.).

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract as I’m moving out early. The contract runs until the end of August, but an extension is be possible through the University of London.

The next occupant must be a full-time student at a public university in London.

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, desk lamp, shelves, drawers, and a wardrobe.

The large shared kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, and cupboards.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, so it rarely gets crowded.

There are also weekly hall events, such as Saturday coffee/smoothie mornings and food nights.

Wi-Fi and all bills are included.
