Spacious double bedroom w/ balcony in Central Ldn

There are 4 months left on the lease for this large double bedroom in a lovely 3 bedroom flat on Great Percy Street. It is a quiet, residential neighbourhood for central London, and also has lots of great cafe's, parks, pubs, and restaurants all around.

The flat can be renewed for 2 month rolling terms after the 4 month period is complete on September 10th. You will be sharing with two other flatmates who are clean, easygoing professionals in their 20's.

I'm looking to move to live closer to work in West London.

The room for rent is the largest double bedroom as seen in the floorplans. It has amazing natural light, a comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space. You can also step out onto a private balcony from the bedroom, looking onto the tree-lined street. I read there often. We share a newly renovated kitchen, a large living room, and a separate laundry room. There are two bathrooms, each with showers, and one with a bathtub as well.

There is also a massive communal garden for the building that has barbecues, chairs, and maintained grass/flowerbeds. We've had several get togethers for a BBQ in the past without any issue.

About the flatmates: They're both great guys. Each a professional in their twenties, and both from Italy. One works in software engineering and the other in consulting. They are quiet, clean, and respectful, and also very friendly.
