Double room summer sublet in Bloomsbury

My room

Im subletting my bright small double bedroom while I’m away traveling. I’ve honestly loved living here and plan on staying next year, so I can speak with confidence about how good it is!

🗓️ DATES
Room is available between July 8th and September 23rd. Preference for someone who can take the full term.

🏡 THE ROOM AND THE FLAT
Small furnished double, with a small desk and a dresser. I’ve loved living here, the room gets tons of light and despite being small, it’s very well set and maintained.

• Shared Spaces: Open-plan kitchen/living area, shared bathroom, and a balcony with morning sun, perfect to sit out with a cup of tea.
• Appliances: in unit washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
• Building Amenities: secure bike storage and concierge service every day until 11pm.
• Other details: Top floor and at the back of the building, so it’s nice and quiet. Building has an elevator.

💰Rent & Bills
• All bills included except council tax.
• Council Tax Band D: we’re all students so we are exempt; if you’re working you’d need to pay the full amount.
• Deposit: 1 month rent.

📍LOCATION
The location is unbeatable, under 10 minute walk to King’s Cross and Russell Square, with UCL just around the corner, and LSE/KCL about a 25 min walk. The Brunswick center is 5mins away and it has a big Waitrose and a small Tesco and Sainsbury.

👥 HOUSEMATES
You’d be living with two friendly, clean, and calm women who are 24 and 25, studying law and medicine. I’ve become friends with them since we started living together, they are super nice, open for a chat and occasional dinners together, but also very respectful of boundaries. One of them is also the landlady.

☀️ About you
I’m looking for someone trustworthy who’d fit well with the friendly, calm, and clean environment of the house. One of my housemates doesn’t do well with meat, so you must eat vegetarian in the house or use separate utensils and dishes to cook meat.
