Room in Bloomsbury near Kings Cross

We’re looking for a fourth flatmate to move in mid to late June.

The current room price is £970 + c.£160 bills (includes water, heating, wifi, cleaning lady, council tax).

We are part of Camden council, and have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks - you would need to be willing to pay the ~40 / month (included in above bills).

A bit about us:
We are three female working professionals from Indonesia (25 y/o) Malaysia (26y/o) and Spain (24 y/o). We each work from home 1-3 times a week.

We enjoy cafes, good food, a bit of running, sports and reading. Overall relaxed and friendly vibes, with an aim to host occasionally. We are all friends before flatmates and hope that over time the same would be the case with you.

A bit about the flat:
It is located approx. 10 minutes to King’s Cross tube station and 8 minutes to Russell Square tube station by walking. We share all kitchen utilities, but each person has their own cupboard and fridge space. We like the flat to feel cozy and homey; be prepared to have a little chat in the shared spaces.

The room fits a bed, a nightstand and a closet. There is an additional desk in the living to be used if you rent the room. The flat originally came unfurnished so the items (including closet, and work desk) would need to be bought off the person moving. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
