One of our flatmates is leaving their room in our central London flat at the end of this month, and we are looking for someone easygoing and friendly to replace them.
The flat is very centrally located, just off Lambs Conduit. We are within easy walking distance of Tottenham Court Road, Soho, Covent Garden, and King's Cross. The area is very buzzy with great bars, restaurants, and shops.
The large room has a double bed, a desk, and storage. There is also a separate kitchen and a large living space that we share. There's one bathroom and a separate toilet. Our flat is on the 11th floor and so we benefit from lots of natural light, and great views of central London.
It's an LGBTQIA+ friendly household. The current housemates are myself and one other male. We're both young professionals, very easygoing, relaxed, always up for a chat, and respectful of each other's space. We are both active in our lives and so out of the flat a lot.
