Double Room Available in Lovely Bloomsbury Flat

A double room is available from July in my beautifully furnished two-bedroom flat in Bloomsbury.

I previously lived in the flat myself before moving abroad for work and have since rented it to friends. Both of the current tenants are relocating outside London, and a new tenant, a professional woman in her 30s, will be moving into one of the bedrooms in July. I am therefore looking for someone to take the second room.

The flat is spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, and is very much a home rather than a party house. It would suit someone who values a peaceful, respectful and tidy living environment.

• Access to a beautifully maintained communal rooftop garden

The other tenant works long hours and enjoys having a quiet and relaxing home to return to after work. We are therefore looking for a like-minded professional who is clean, considerate and looking for a similar type of household.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Kings Cross and Russell Square stations. There are plenty of lovely independent cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a Waitrose within walking distance.

A female tenant is preferred. The flat is designed for two occupants and is therefore not suitable for couples. We are looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home and be respectful of shared spaces.
