• The Bedroom: A fully furnished double room with a bed, a large built-in wardrobe. The room currently has a desk, and a chair that is mine and that you are welcome to use.

• The Bathroom: You will have a private bathroom, which is located directly next to the bedroom door.

• Shared Spaces: An open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and appliances.

Location and Transport

The flat is centrally located in Bloomsbury, making it an ideal spot for both professionals and students.

• Universities Nearby: It is within short walking distance to UCL, AA School of Architecture, University of London (Birkbeck and SOAS).

• Transport Links: There are several stations within short walking distance: Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street, Russell Square.

• Supermarkets & Conveniences: Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, and Tesco are all very close by, along with multiple local gyms.

The Landlord

The flat is managed by a private company. They are highly responsive, and we have had no issues with them during our tenancy. There is also a dedicated SOS line available for any property emergencies over the weekends.

Bills & Logistics

• Bills: Not included in the rent. They average around £400 per month in total, with council tax accounting for £200 of that amount. Please note that bills vary by month; heating is gas, so costs can fluctuate and may be higher during the winter months.

• Move-in: The room is officially available from August 28th, but an earlier date in August can be arranged if needed.
