Room in all girls flat near Kings Cross

Hi! We’re looking for a fourth flatmate to move in 1st - 15th October

The room is £1,015 / month paid on a quarterly basis + approx. £175 in bills (including water, heating, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and council tax).

A bit about us:
We’re two working professional women and a master’s student from Indonesia (25), Malaysia (27), and Spain (25). We each work from home 1–3 days a week.

We enjoy cafés, good food, a bit of running and sport, and reading. The flat has a relaxed and friendly vibe, and we like to host occasionally. We were friends before becoming flatmates, and we’d love for the same to naturally happen with you over time.

About the flat:
It’s located about 10 minutes walk from King’s Cross and 8 minutes from Russell Square.

We share all kitchen utilities, but everyone has their own cupboard and fridge space. We like the flat to feel cosy and homey, and we’re always up for a chat in shared spaces.

The room fits a bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. There’s also space for a desk in the living room available for your use. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. As the flat originally came unfurnished, some room furniture would need to be purchased from the outgoing tenant.

We’re part of Camden Council and have a cleaner who comes every two weeks—this is £40/month and already included in the bills above. The deposit of £1,000 is held by the agency and thus would need to be paid to the outgoing tenant to ensure new contribution.
