Mayfair double bedroom with existing flatmate

Looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful Mayfair flat as I am moving abroad for work.

In terms of the space, there is a big kitchen/living room, bathroom and a corridor and entryway and there is lots storage space. The flat comes with dishwasher and washing machine and microwave and basically anything else needed for living. The flat is shared with one other person, Finn your potential future flatmate is a mixed media artist and has been a really wonderful and easy person to live with. I've made many friends thanks to living with Finn and at night it's nice and quiet. He also looked out for me on occasions and has made me feel very safe and is in general super respectful and kind.

The location is very central - 10 min by foot do Hanover square/Bond Street station, 10 min to Piccadilly Circus and 5 min to Green Park Station and 2 min to Regent street. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around the area (Sainsbury, M&S etc) and two pubs right by the flat. In terms of smoking, there's no smoking indoors but there is a nice terrace on the roof and downstairs on the sidewalk where one can smoke.

The room is very spacious and during my time here I have had friends stay with me on many occasions. The council Tax band is F.
