Amazing double room in Zone 1 available

Hello!

My wonderful housemate is unfortunately having to move back to Australia for a family emergency starter 2 wonderful years together I am looking for someone to fill her room.

I am a Portuguese graphic designer and have a lovely cat called Natasha. Natasha is a beautiful natured cat who will take as many pats from you as you are willing to give her but equally is content in her room or on her lounge chair.

This an amazing and spacious double available from 13th of July in 3 bedroom household. Right in the city centre with a view of the shard from the bedroom window!


The apartment is 3 bedrooms but currently the landlord isn't ready to rent out the 3rd bedroom so for a little bit it will probably be just a 2 person household.
The bills are not included, and are about 115 pounds per month. - internet, gas/electricity, water, council tax.

Room comes furnished with the bed, desk and slim tall shelf (not pictured). The couch from the photo doesn't exist in the room anymore. The cupboard is great with so much space and under the bed has a lot more storage space too.
The location is amazing - right in the city centre Zone 1. About 5 minutes walking from Borough tube station, and 10 minutes away from London Bridge station.
We have a park just outside our window, which is great for those hot summer days.
