2 bed, 2 bath with garden in Borough

Hi all!

I’m renting the second bedroom in my two bed, two bed flat which is 7 mins’ walk from Borough station, 15 mins’ walk from London Bridge station and 11 mins’ from Elephant & Castle station.

Rent is £1,200 per month which doesn’t include bills. The flat’s council tax band E. I’ll provide a double bed frame but the room doesn’t come with a mattress! The bedroom has a large floor to ceiling built in wardrobe. The main bathroom (which I don’t use but guests may) has a bath tub and shower. The flat is furnished!

The building has a big garden (feels like a small park) and off-street parking is available at extra expense. All the neighbours I’ve met thus far have been lovely. Move in any time from September 2026.

I’m a lawyer and love reading, dancing, languages and dinner parties! Hoping to live with someone friendly, sociable and mature. I’d like a flatmate I get on well with so the flat feels like a home to us both.
