The room comes furnished with a desk and chair, and the flat is fully furnished. The bathroom is shared.

The flat is very well connected — just a 5-minute walk from Borough tube station and within easy walking distance of both London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

You'll be sharing with a 30-year-old Spanish professional working in finance. I’m friendly, easygoing and sociable, but also enjoy having my own space. I’m looking for someone similar — ideally a professional who is clean, respectful and easy to live with.

Rent is £975 per month. Bills are not included and are approximately £125 per month.

The flat is currently being marketed for sale, which is why the rent has been reduced. It has been on the market for several months and there is currently no confirmed sale or move-out date. There may occasionally be viewings, which are arranged in advance.
