The flat is situated just off Tower Bridge Road so an easy commute into the City, Canary Wharf or the West End- 10 minutes walk to Borough tube, 10-15 minutes walk to London Bridge and 5 minutes on the bus to Elephant and Castle or a 20 minute walk The flat is in the sort after Jam Factory complex, a landmark conversion development with 24 hour security, and has a large balcony looking towards the Shard. The flat is finished to a high standard with solid wooden flooring throughout.
Bermondsey Street is located less than 5 minutes away which is full of small shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars. There are many more on the river as well which is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are several food markets In the area including Borough market and Maltby Street market.
The property is very much a home rather than a party house. I enjoy socialising but equally happy watching a film in the evenings.
