Double Room - Borough/Southwark - House

We are 3 young professionals seeking new flatmate to join our Central London house!

Our dear flatmate is moving out of London, leaving us to find someone new to join our house from 8th August.

We’re three friendly, tidy, respectful young professionals who all work full time - we love our kitchen chats and occasional flat nights out but are usually happy to all do our own thing day-to-day.

The house is super central: 5 mins to Borough, 10 mins to London Bridge/Southwark stations, close to many gyms, restaurants and supermarkets.

We'd like someone who is as tidy as we are, who has a similar schedule to us, and who we know we’ll get along with! We’re 23-28 and looking for someone around our ages. If you think you’d be a good fit send us a message! No students, sorry.

Rent is currently £837.50 but we expect it to be increased in the next couple months.

Bills vary throughout the year - usually around £50-£70 pp.

Council tax comes out to £54 pp.
