I am looking for someone to replace me as tenant as I am now moving in with friends! This is a calm, tidy flat suited to respectful tenants. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves and keep shared areas tidy. Students and professionals are welcome as we have a mixture of both in the flat :)

The landlord is extremely helpful and responsive (recently getting a new boiler and washing machine!)

🚇 Transport: The flat is on middle of Borough, Elephant and Castle, and Southwark stations (~5-10 minute walk to any), with great connections to all of London!
