A friend of mine is looking for a new flatmate for his lovely 2-bedroom flat in London from mid-August.
He is 25, from Switzerland, works in investment banking and is very easy-going, considerate and respectful to live with. As he often works long hours and is also away for work from time to time, you would usually have the flat to yourself quite a lot during the week.

The flat is located close to Borough Market, so it is very central but still quiet and relaxed. It is bright, spacious and on the 3rd floor of a private building with a lift. There is a large open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, a shared bathroom and a small balcony. The flat is around 75 sqm in total.
The room itself is London-typical and rather compact, but very bright. It feels open and pleasant thanks to a large sliding door towards the dining area. A special highlight is the view of the London Eye from the desk.

Rent: £1,325 per month + approx. £160 bills
Please note that rent is paid 6 months in advance. Screening and contract will be handled through Dexters.
