A room in our 3 person flatshare is available from the start of August.

The flat:
- Double bedroom, ideal for working from home
- Views of St Pauls, The Shard and Tower Bridge
- The flat is really spacious, with a large open plan kitchen and living room and a balcony
- The room itself is also very big and comes with bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and drawers.
- Bathroom with bath and over bath shower, shared with one other housemate
- We are on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs with no lift

Housemates:
- You'd be sharing with 2 other flatmates, both working professionals in their early 20s.
- It's a very laid back house - we enjoy having the odd film night or cooking together sometimes, but equally do our own thing
- Future housemate must be LGBT+ friendly

Location:
- Quiet area
- Small tescos 2 mins away, small sainsburys and asda 5 mins away, Lidl 10 mins away, big tesco 15-20 mins away
- 5 mins from Bermondsey Street with lots of cafes and restaurants
- 15 mins from London Bridge and Borough stations, on lots of bus routes too
