Hello, I’m Aislin! I’m looking for a new housemate. My two current housemates are moving out to move in with their partners. I’m staying and my friend Em will be moving in so now we are just looking for our third housemate!

The flat is on the second floor in a quiet square just off Borough high street. Borough station is a 3 mins walk away, Elephant & Castle station is a 7 mins away and London Bridge station is 10min walk away. Flat is super well connected and close to loads of shops.

It’s a three bed flat, large communal living and dining space, one decent sized bathroom, and separate kitchen. The flat has a small shared outdoor space mainly used for bike/bin storage. We have access to two private gardens both within 3 mins walk from the flat. The room itself is gorgeous, loads of natural light and plenty of space. Two sets of built in shelves. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed frame will likely be left if wanted.

I’m looking for someone who is keen to maintain the homely feel, ideally between the age of 28 and 35. LGBTQIA+ welcome 🏳️‍🌈. I also have a cat, named Remus, so liking cats is a must!

Rent is £993 per month, bills are roughly £130. Our flat is managed by Knight Frank and they are amazing at maintaining the property and responding to requests. The area is gorgeous and I love living here!

The room is available from 1st of September and the deposit is £930.
