Bright double room with en-suite available – 1 year let from 22nd August, in a modern 2 bed/2 bath flat, super central, 5 min walk to Borough Station and less than 15 min to London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.
Move-in date: 22nd August, for approximately 1 year (my flatmate's off for a Master's and we're looking for someone to take his place while he's away). Looking to have an agreement in place before the end of the month, so please get in touch soon if interested.

Wonderful residential area just past the bustling city life of London Bridge, with friendly neighbours - a mix of professionals, students, and families.
5 min walk to Borough Station (Northern Line), less than 15 min walk to London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, Railway including a 30 min train to Gatwick Airport) and to Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo, Northern)
Multiple pubs, shops and restaurants within close distance, including Sainsbury's, Morley's, and a lovely local gastropub Roebuck with plenty going on, all less than 50 metres away.
And just a 10 min walk to Borough Market

My current flatmate is off to Sheffield for a year to do his Master's starting 22nd August, so I'm looking for someone to take his room for that time. I'm a 32yo professional, friendly and easy-going, and looking for someone equally clean, easy-going and considerate to share the flat with.
I like to unwind with a good film or series at home, and there's a great local pub practically on the doorstep for anyone up for a pint, food, karaoke, or quiz.

Happy to do a tour of the place, and would like to arrange two in-person meet-ups before finalising, just to make sure it's a good fit on both sides. As mentioned, keen to get this sorted before the end of the month, so the sooner the better!
