Unite Moonraker Point ensuite - room takeover

Looking for a full-time student to take over my room at Moonraker Point (Unite Students) for the 2026/27 academic year. Large ensuite double room in Block B, Flat 140 - a 5-bedroom cluster flat with a shared kitchen and living area. The room has its own private bathroom and comes fully furnished. Rent is 343 per week and includes electricity, water, heating, wifi and contents insurance, so there is nothing extra to budget for. As purpose-built student accommodation the property is exempt from council tax, so no council tax band applies. Contract dates are 12 September 2026 to 4 September 2027. Location is Zone 1 Southwark on Pocock Street. Around 5 minutes walk to Southwark station and under 10 to Borough. London South Bank University is roughly 10 minutes on foot, Kings College Guys Campus about 14, and UAL London College of Communication is close by too. Important - this is an official Unite Students contract transfer, not a sublet. You would book the room directly with Unite and pay Unite, so no money changes hands between us and you get a standard Unite tenancy in your own name. Unite issues a booking link once you are ready to go ahead. One thing to be upfront about: I have not moved in yet, so while I know there are four other students in the flat I do not know their exact makeup or backgrounds. Happy to find out for anyone seriously interested. Full-time students only - that is a Unite requirement rather than my preference.
