Move-in: 10 September.

We’re currently an Italian girl, two Singaporean-Indian guys, and a Spanish guy! We’d ideally like another female housemate to keep a good balance within the household.

💷 £1,125 pcm + bills (estimated at around £85–£100/month). For the size and location, it’s such a good property.

5 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms (2x En-suite) + separate WC

You’d share the bathroom with the Spanish guy and Italian girl

We’re all working professionals in real estate, PR and sports media. We’re a genuinely sociable bunch who enjoy going for drinks, dinners, films, music and having people over.

But we’re equally happy with quiet nights in during the week!

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly and communicative. who wants a home with a good balance of socialising and personal space.
