Double Room located in a quiet street in Borough

Hey, we are looking for someone to move in from 9th October (or earlier) to take over this room in our 3 bed flat as our lovely housemate has moved out to do a masters in Ireland!

The room:

The biggest in the house with a good sized desk, lots of shelves for storage, and a view of the shard. Rent is £1075 per month with bills coming to roughly £100 on top.

The flat:

3 bed, living room, balcony with a view of the shard. My housemate Alice and I are friendly and very sociable. We have a weekly cleaning rota which we rotate between the 3 of us.

About us:

Olga, 27, Aussie, engineer, works 4x a week in the office. Loves a festival/gig, a good pastry and a cheeky marg. Always down to check out a new pub or restaurant. You’ll find her in the living room talking and crocheting.

Alice, 26, British, Heritage Consultant, works usually 3× a week in the office but flexible. Loves old man pubs, live music, good food and good wine. Always up for a spontaneous adventure, and usually found reading on the balcony/ chatting shit in the living room.

The location:

Honestly the most London location but still quite quiet. We're about 2 minutes away from Borough Station, 5 minutes away from London Bridge Station and Borough Market. The area is lively and has loads to do.

The deposit is 5 weeks of rent, and there is a £50 additional fee to change the name of the lease. We are looking for someone who can move in from early October or earlier but can proceed with referencing ASAP. You will need to be able to prove your income is 3x the rent to the estate agents. Please no students.
