Lovely light room with air conditioning and en suite shower room occupying the whole top floor of a large 4 bed house - private and quiet with plenty of space. Welcoming, comfortable, uncrowded house.

Please note: The room is available for short term let only for a maximum of three months and a minimum of six weeks. Would suit those looking for temporary accommodation, including visitors to London/ local area who would prefer to avoid the combined expense of hotel and restaurant/eating out bills. Also suitable for those with a quiet desk job who work at home some or all of the time, and those whose working hours mean they need to sleep during the daytime. Bedding and towels provided if needed.

Most bills are included - council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, and weekly cleaner. The only exception is the electricity usage for the air conditioning which is on it's own separate meter for that room only as it is impossible to predict in advance how much, or how little, it will be used. Deposit of £600 and the rent is payable one month in advance.

The room is sunny, light and recently decorated. Furnished with comfy double bed, bedside drawers, built-in wardrobes and drawers, armchair, lamps, and coffee/side table. Black out blinds and curtains.

Shared use of the very well equipped kitchen - dishwasher, smart oven, food processor etc. and pans, cutlery and tableware. Shared use of dining area, garden with outdoor dining table and chairs, and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is in a pleasant, leafy residential area, on a quiet street and around the corner from Elthorne Park which has tennis courts, outdoor gym, and lovely canal side walks. Good transport links and on street parking with local authority parking permit.

Sharing with easygoing, friendly female owner and equally friendly spaniel. Looking for someone who is thoughtful towards others, respects privacy and is clean and tidy.

Would suit those who appreciate living in a calm uncrowded home with excellent facilities. Good house for those who value their sleep! Not a party house.

Very convenient for Heathrow airport, Ealing Hospital, Sky, and other businesses close to or on the Great West Road, and West London University Brentford campus.

About 8 minutes walk to Boston Manor tube station on the Piccadilly line (central London/West End and Heathrow Airport). Reasonably close to Hanwell station (Elizabeth line trains to the City, Canary Wharf, Paddington and the West End or Reading), and also reasonably close to Brentford mainline station (trains to Waterloo and Clapham Junction).

One minute round the corner for buses E8 and 195 to Brentford, Brentford main line station or to Ealing Broadway, Ealing hospital, Hanwell Broadway for Hanwell main line station and Hayes End.

Easy access for drivers to the Great West Road, the M4, and the M40.

Local shops close to Boston Manor tube station, including Sainsbury's, a Post Office and coffee shop, and other local shops, restaurants and cafe's nearby on Northfields Avenue, Hanwell Broadway and West Ealing Broadway.
