I’m Sian, one of the current tenants in the flat. I will start by saying, THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE VIEWED TO BE APPRECIATED!

Also we have a cat so can not accept anyone with a pet :)

There is 1 double room available in a beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor property with a large private garden located on a lovely quiet road in Bounds Green/Alexandra Palace.

Bedroom Is unfurnished and available from 6th December or sooner if needed.. The bedroom has room for a double bed and includes an in built desk and clothes rail. Also has a cute fireplace with space for storage and we have also extra storage under the stairs and in the hallway.

The property benefits from 3 double bedrooms, a good size open plan kitchen lounge, modern fixtures and fittings, neutral decor throughout, a combination of wood floors and carpets, very bright and airy and close to local amenities and Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly), Wood Green tube (Piccadilly) and also Alexandra Palace train station for easy access into the city. .

You would be moving in with Me, Mitch and Roland the cat. We are both professionals, Mitch works for a music company and I work in the heath & fitness sector . We love gym, travel (when possible), food and a good chat with a glass of wine. We are both relaxed, social but do our own thing a lot of the time, clean and tidy. The flat has become a home and we looking for the 3rd flatmate that also want to treat it in this way. We often like spending time together too as a household both outside and inside the flat. We’ve been known to host the occasional bbq and dinner party. Looking for a clean and tidy professional.

Bills come to £100 each. So total is £766 all in! £700 deposit
