Double Room in Spacious Homely Flat

There is a lovely double room available in our first floor two bed flat on Palmerston Road, Bounds Green. The flat has been my home for four years and I have loved living here, but am now looking for a change of scenery. The room is larger than average, overlooking quiet gardens, with big sash windows and plenty of space for a desk/ wfh situation. The whole flat is really spacious, with the two bedrooms down the hallway from one another. The living room is big, with a dining table, a fold out sofa for guests, Smart TV, big windows, the room gets loads of sun in the afternoons. The whole flat has a very relaxed, artistic feel and I'm very happy for you to hang your own art, make changes to the space if you feel confident doing so.

You will be moving in with Becca, who is an actor currently contracted in the West End until October so you will have lots of evenings to yourself. They are a fantastic, calm and sociable housemate and I can highly recommend living with them. They are a musician and we are looking for someone that will enjoy hanging out together, and for the place to feel like home for both housemates. We've had a glorious year of coffees, walks, series binging, dinners, chats and all the good stuff.

The area is really great, you are 15 minute cycle from Muswell Hill and Crouch End, Alexandra Palace is down the road, as is Wood Green and Turnpike Lane. It's really green and you can actually walk to Hampstead Heath almost entirely by woodland paths! There are also local coffee shops that are great to work in, a couple of friendly pubs and down the road in Hornsey, there are some fantastic gyms/ workout spaces.

The monthly payment is £750, which includes bills as they stand at the moment. This would be paid on the first of every month. The room is furnished.
