Two Rooms Available in Cute North London Flat

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out end of this month, and I am moving out at the beginning of August. We are trying to find people to fill both rooms, and to move in with our delightful third flatmate who plans on sticking around!

We ideally would like to maintain this as a queer POC home.

Our location is superb—just five minutes from the Bounds Green station, and Bowes Park station - a quick 25-minute journey to King's Cross.

We have a cosy living room, and large garden. The L shaped room’s (room 1) move-in date is June 29th. Rent is £550 (excluding bills), along with a £550 deposit.

The larger room with the bay windows (room 2) move in date is around August 1st. Rent is £600 (excluding bills), along with £550 deposit.

The rooms come part furnished.

Please note that the flat is on the top floor and does not offer step-free access, as it requires stairs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, although we do have a cat who is a friendly and demanding neighbour.

FYI, we also use incense and oud burners, and have wear perfumes, which we understand may be difficult for those sensitive to strong fragrances. Finally, again, our proximity to both the Piccadilly Line and National Rail means you can commute with ease.
