We have two bright and spacious rooms available for one person in a lovely home, ideal for someone looking for a comfortable place to live and work. One room is set up as a bedroom, while the other can be used as a private home office, making this arrangement perfect for a professional working from home.

About the house

The house has a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, two bathrooms, and a handy storage room/cellar.

About the rooms

You’ll have exclusive use of two rooms: one bedroom and one office.

The bedroom can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. It currently comes with:

* A brand-new double bed and mattress
* A chest of drawers
* A two-door wardrobe

The office includes:

* A dedicated desk and workspace

All furniture is in excellent condition.

Rent and bills

Bills are not included in the rent and are approximately £120–£150 per month, covering council tax, internet, electricity, gas, and water.

Your future housemates

You’ll be sharing the house with a lovely group of professionals: one working in finance, another in hospitality, and two teachers.

Everyone is friendly, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed and peaceful home environment.
