2 Double Rooms Available – £700 Each | 10th August – 10th September ONE MONTH SHORT TERM ONLY

We have 2 fully furnished double rooms available for a short-term stay from 10th August to 10th September for **£700 per room**.

Our tenancy ends on 10th September and while we're not renewing for another year, two of our housemates are moving out on 10th August, leaving their rooms available for the final month of the tenancy.

You'll be sharing the house with 2 friendly, professional girls (aged 26 and 30) who both work full-time. We're easy-going, tidy and respectful, so we're looking for someone similar.

This would be ideal if you're:

Looking for a short-term place between moves
Waiting for a new tenancy to start
In London for work, study or an internship

📍 Location - Really easy to get into the City

• 12 min walk to Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) → around 20 mins to King’s Cross
• 10 min walk to Bowes Park Station (National Rail) → around 25 mins to Moorgate
• Around 25 mins into central London / Oxford Street
• Morrisons Palmers Green is a 15 min walk away, plus lots of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby
• Buses at the end of the road get you to both stations in 5 mins ☺️
• Broomfield Park is nearby for walks, runs, or picnics & Alexandra Palace is a 25 min walk 🌳
