After living together for 5 years, our friend is moving out to be closer to work and we are looking for another girl to move in with us. You would be sharing the house with two other girls in their 30s. We like a chilled night in watching movies, but we also like the occasional hangout with friends at our place.

💸In terms of financing:

- Bills are not included with the rent, but they are within standard range for the area (we share gas & electro, water and broadband)
- the deposit is a bit bigger than the 5 week max allowed by the ad (903 GBP)

- Future housemate needs to be in full time employment as per the landlord’s requirements
