Downstairs room with a double bed and two large sash windows, tucked away on a leafy row of historic cottages with a warm community feel.
Perfect for students and young professionals, who are happy to live with a dog — a quiet, sweet pug called Bertie. Hoping for someone to move in early July.
Room comes with a double bed, mirror, desk, office chair (owned by me but happy to give away for £25), wardrobe, desk of drawers, and bedside table. There’s also a lovely fireplace and exposed brick wall which give the room a nice vintage feel.
Spacious dining room and kitchen, with plenty of drawers and prep space. The room is connected to a living area with sofas, with a patio door that opens up to the garden.
There are two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs with a bathtub and one downstairs with a rainfall shower.
Lovely garden with a bench and firepit, perfect for hosting.
Great transport links - can get to Kings Cross in under 40 mins.

This is a joint tenancy agreement with two other tenants. Paul, the landlord, is very friendly and fixes issues very quickly.
Housemates are:
Daisy (26 y/o) who works as a sexual health educator, and is kind, funny, and a great knitter + baker. Daisy has a dog called Bertie, a black pug who is absolutely adorable.
Andy (60s), a law professor, currently working in Cairo (but still renting the room upstairs, should be back in September ), calm, wise, and plays the guitar very well.
I’ve really enjoyed living here: the neighbours are lovely and friendly, as are Daisy and Andy, and it’s really easy to get to central London while still living in a peaceful area. I’m honestly quite sad to leave!
