2 rooms in a 3 bed flat

We are two students going on years abroad in September and are looking for people to take over our two rooms in our lovely 3 bed flat. This would be for the twelve months we are away (approximately August to August).
Room 1: picture 2, comes with a double bed and wardrobe, rent is £766/month.
Room 2: picture 3, comes with a double bed and chest of drawers and balcony picture 6, rent is £794/month.
These two rooms share one bathroom, the third room has its own, with a toilet bath and sink picture 4 .
The communal area of the flat is a big kitchen/living room with two sofas and big windows. Everything is fully furnished and functional.
Bills are about £60 per person, including broadband.
Our flat is part of a lovely terraced townhouse which we share with two other flats beneath us.
The street is very warm, and has a strong sense of community. It is full of small businesses (bakeries, cafés, independant gym) and vibrant bars/restaurants and also hosts a monthly market. We are a 2 minute walk from Bowes Park station and 7 minute walk from Bounds Green and
the Piccadilly Line, the street also has multiple bike lockers. There are two tescos within a 7 minute walk, as well as multiple corner shops on the street.
This is ideal for students studying in central/north london.
