Rent and bills is £650 for the month. It is a bright, cute room with lots of storage, double bed and your own bathroom (not ensuite). The house is lovely, light and peaceful with a big garden where we grow lots of food!
10 mins walk from Bounds Green tube station, and 5 mins walk from Bowes Park train station. Wheelchair accessible, as it's a ground floor flat. Bike storage space in the garden and a basement for more storage of bags and things while you stay.
