Female only Sublet in Bounds Green

Hi! We have a big ensuite room in our girls-only modern flat to sublet from July 18th to September 18th, it’s in North London on the Piccadilly line, rent is £1,100. It’s the biggest room, has a Juliet balcony & an ensuite, and is furnished. Flatmates are me & my friend, both girls and young professionals in our 20s, and were looking for another girl to fill the room between tenants. We work in the arts, and we’re very friendly and easy going.

Rent: £1100 (bills included)
Security deposit: £400

Location: a five minute walk from both Bounds Green and Bowes Park train station, & near to Wood Green shopping centre. A very diverse and safe area with schools nearby and Ally Pally station & park a 15 min walk away. 20 min tube journey to King’s Cross and easy access to Moorgate via the Thameslink from Bowes Park.

Flat: appliances are all modern, we’ve never had issues with hot water. Flat is on the top floor so no upstairs neighbours, and we have a gorgeous balcony looking into an inner courtyard so it feels very private and is so nice in the summer. We have a comfy communal space & take it in turns to clean the flat once a week.

Other: we’re a muslim household so follow a Halal lifestyle and keep the rule of having no alcohol or smoking in the flat.

Guests: this is a girls only flat, so we‘re very chilled about having girls to stay! as long as we have any warning if a man is coming into the flat for any reason lol that’s the main thing.

Access: second floor, with a separate entrance to the flat below, up two flights of stairs. There’s a drive out front which is slightly sectioned off from the road by a tall hedge so somewhere you could leave a bike if you wanted to.
