Beautiful, spacious room available in our large, characterful house, just a few minutes' walk from Bounds Green station.

The room overlooks the garden, making it wonderfully light and bright. It also features large fitted double wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space. The bathroom is on the same floor and is shared with just one other housemate.

Our spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need, including a dishwasher. There's a large dining table, and the kitchen opens directly onto the garden decking, creating a lovely social space that's very much the heart of the house. We also have a separate comfy living room.

For anyone working from home, we have a dedicated home office that's available during the day, providing a quiet and practical workspace.

We're a fun, friendly household made up of three professionals who enjoy living together.

Ben is a joiner who makes bespoke furniture, Sian is a fitness coach, and Johnny works freelance, designing and setting up exhibitions.
We all lead busy, independent lives, but we genuinely enjoy sharing the house. Whether it's a glass of wine together, a chat in the hallway, or simply the comfortable hum of shared living, it's a relaxed and welcoming home with a good balance of sociability and personal space.
