I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as of the 11th of August (this will be the move in date and when rent is due each month).
The house is conveniently located near Bounds Green tube station which is under 10mins walk(Picadilly Line) and also Bowes Park Station 13min walk (line to King's Cross and Moorgate).
Several bus services located near the property also.
The room is a great size and has ample storage space.
The room comes partly furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and chair, double bed base.
The property itself is a charming house with a shared living room space, kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and garden.
The current house mates are all working professionals.
This isn't a party house and all tenants are respectful of each other and their space.
All tenants are responsible for the communal areas within the property and a monthly cleaning rota is in operation.
This property wouldn't suit someone working from home.
