The flat - Three-bedroom upstairs flat in converted terrace house. It has 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite not this room, 1 shared with other flatmate) and a spacious kitchen and living room. The available room is bright and spacious, with large windows which get the afternoon sun, lots of storage and a good size. It is also on the same floor as the kitchen and bathroom so super convenient.

The flatmates - Emma (25) and Natasha (26) both work in publishing and enjoy going for day trips on the weekend, cafe hopping and bookshop browsing. In the week they each do two days working from the office, and in the evenings do a mix of watching tv together or going out for a drink at the pub, but equally have time to themselves too as there’s no pressure to constantly socialise!

The location - Bounds Green/Bowes Park has lots of pubs, cafes and shops, as well as green spaces like Alexandra Park. It is also walking distance to Muswell Hill and Crouch End. It is 20 minutes on the tube into Kings Cross or 25 minutes on the train into Moorgate, so perfect for commuting.
