Bright double room in North London

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our home in North London. The room is a bright, furnished double bedroom with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The house has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and plenty of storage space. There are currently two of us living in the other bedrooms. We also have both a front garden and a large back garden, which gets lovely morning sun.

We're sociable and enjoy spending time together from time to time, but we also respect each other's privacy and personal space. We keep the house clean and organised, with a cleaning rota that everyone follows, so we're looking for someone tidy and respectful. Ideally, we'd prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time.

Transport links:
Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line) is less than a 10-minute walk away.
There's a bus stop right in front of the house, with buses reaching Bounds Green station in just one minute and connecting directly to Wood Green shopping centre.
New Southgate station is around a 15-minute walk away.
Bowes Park station is also about 15 minutes on foot.

Shops and amenities:
Aldi and B&M are only a 5-minute walk away.
Morrisons Daily is at the same distance.
Tesco Extra can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot.
There's also a Tesco Express right next to Bounds Green station.
