We’re looking for someone to join our home and become part of our household.

🌸 move in mid oct- early nov
🌸Right to live and work in the UK required
🌸 Priority given to working professionals. Students will also be considered if they have a reliable full-time income
🌸 Queer-friendly household
🌸 We are particularly open to someone looking for temporary accommodation or a shorter-term arrangement

💷 Rent: Rent: approximately £795 per month, plus bills total aprox £150 this includes council tax, energy, water, Wi-Fi and £5 per month towards household items.

🏠 About the room

The room is spacious and bright, located at the front of the house. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

🏡 About the house

The house has a lovely, comfortable living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a beautiful big garden.

We’re on a quiet residential street with free on-street parking and are less than a 5-minute walk from Bounds Green tube station (Piccadilly line).

There’s also a great pub on the corner of the road with a large beer garden, which we frequently visit! 🍻

ℹ️ A note about the property

There are some existing cracks in parts of the property. The property is considered safe to occupy and the issue is being monitored by the landlord. We want to be transparent about this so that anyone interested has the relevant information from the outset.

The landlord is happy to speak with prospective tenants after they have viewed the property if they have any questions or would like further reassurance.

We are also able to send additional photos on request.
