we are URGENTLY looking for someone to move into a room in our north london flat! it’s a big and bright double bedroom in a 3-bedroom flat, located on the second floor. the room comes with a bed, closet and desk!

the flat is located in bounds green! it’s a lovely area, very green, loads of parks and cute cafes. it’s near a big aldi, a tesco express and loads of corner shops. it’s also very well connected:
- 5 mins walk to bounds green station (piccadilly line, only 3 stops to the victoria line)
- 10 min walk to bowes park railway station
- lots of bus routes nearby (including night buses)

my name is valentine (25M), you’ll be joining me and my other flatmate molly (24F)! we’re a very relaxed and friendly household and would love to gain a friend as well as a flatmate! we have lots of creative interests - writing, reading, art, ceramics, etc. we’re looking for someone ideally around a similar age (20-30), and must be lgbtq+ friendly.
