Looking for female flatmate- Large Attic Room

Large double attic room, with plenty of wardrobe storage. Comes unfurnished so you can decorate how you like. Available late Nov/Early Dec. My friend can accomodate your move in needs.

You would be replacing my friend now that she is moving outside of London.

You would be living with myself (Morgan, 29) and my cat Moose. I´m looking for another female professional aged ideally 26+.

It´s a lovely flat, I am open to redecorating and changing things up so it is our shared space having previously lived here with my friend. You must be comfortable and like cats as Moose is free roaming but does not have access to your room.

The flat is not appropriate if you struggle with stairs as we are a top floor flat, and more stairs lead to your room in the attic.

You must pass the estate agents referencing to rent the room, as well as pay a deposit and fee to pass over the tenancy to you from my friend.

The room is currently 950pcm, but likely to go up to 1000pcm excluding bills. Currently 200 each approx. Council Tax Band D.

It´s a lovely area, and a great community in Palmers Green/Bowes Park. Walkable to Ally Pally which is lovely and I have great recs for pilates, exercise classes nearby. Great restaurants, pubs & cafes.

We are 10 mins from Piccadilly line, Bowes Park and great bus connections.

I´d love to live with someone looking for a peaceful haven to rest and relax, open to doing things from time to time. But respectful of each others space and also keeping the flat clean and tidy.
