- Sally lives in the single room and is the landlady. She is very kind, generous and always on the go as a personal trainer. She works in London 3 days per week and then goes to take care of her elderly parents in Birmingham for the rest of the week (hence whole house to yourself). Sally is very friendly and doesn't mind you having friends or family over. There is an elderly man living downstairs who is also no bother but Sally is friends with him and most of the neighbours so she can sort out anything needed with them.
