We are 3 housemates who have just signed a tenancy for a 4 bedroom house in Bounds Green area. We are looking for a 4th person to join our new home! Below is some more information on the room we can offer and the house!

The room:
- Large bright double room available from October 24th in Bounds Green.
- Built in wardrobes
- Available furnished or unfurnished
- Dimensions of room seen in attached pictures (Bedroom 1)
- Bills not included estimated 150-200 per month (per person)

The house:
- Newly refurbished house in Bounds Green area
- New kitchen appliances including washing machine, dryer, fridge, dish washer
- There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bath/shower + WC and 1 shower + WC (downstairs) and one WC (upstairs)
- Spacious living and separate dining area
- Located less than 2 minutes walk from Bowes Park (Great Northern Line, Direct train to Moorgate) station (and 5 minute walk to Bounds Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line, access to Finsbury Park and Kings Cross etc.)
- Large private garden
- Council Tax Band D

Current housemates:
- Female: 30, NHS Mental Health Worker

We have rented together for the past year and our current landlord has sold our current house so we are moving to pastures new (aka Bounds Green)! We all have very independent lives but also enjoy hanging out (usually over a glass of wine!). We mostly do not WFH except on occasional days.

What we're looking for:
A professional female tenant who is friendly, considerate and independent. We enjoy a relaxed, sociable atmosphere at home but also value our own space and appreciate that everyone has a life outside the house.
