Mature student or visiting academic from abroad welcome to join academic household.

Delightful, bright, airy room, with bathroom en suite. Big kitchen with washing machine, cooker and all amenities. Dining-room and living room next to kitchen.
Fully fitted carpet, furnished, writing desk, chairs, double wardrobe , armchair, fridge, kettle and high speed WiFi internet access, single bed, does not suit couples, nor families. Every room is single occupancy only.

Room One: available (with bathroom), fridge, microwave oven, kettle (Rates: £350/week), electricity on top.

Room Two: available (with water closet and big wash basin/ cabinet) (£305/week) (all inclusive). Shower in main bathroom.

Room Three: available (all bathroom facilities in main bathroom), (£295/week), incl.
Please note that all 3 rooms are for single occupancy only. No couples.

Other Details:
7 minutes walk to Bounds Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line), 25mn to Russell Square by tube, 10 mn walk to Bowes Park overground train station (goes to the City in 20mn) & bus stops 4mn walk for central London.
Close proximity to Alexandra Palace grounds, Beautiful Muswell Hill village, supermarkets (Waitrose, Marks and Spencers and Sainsbury's), local restaurants & take aways & Highgate woods. There is also a local shop about 100 yards from the house. This is zone 3. Crouch End village is also within reach & three farmers markets !

There is a lovely garden which is finished & landscaped.
Academics welcome. This is ideal with writers, research, study etc.
Joggers paradise because of parks nearby.

Initial stay will be for 1 month. If it is working out then you are welcome for as long as you like. People are expected to behave as responsible adults & respect the common places. The house is immaculate & guests are requested to leave the spaces they use immaculate as no one is the maid of anyone here ! Guests are also welcome to participate in the day to day chores such a emptying bins, closing curtains etc.
It would be nice if you can introduce yourself & say a little about you when you enquire about the room, before asking if the room is available.
