This huge double room has a private ensuite shower room and bespoke walk-in wardrobe, complete with flat-screen TV.

This is like living in your own private flat with all bills included, as I am living with my family in Devon 85% of the time and only come for work commitments, staying in the other bedroom with its own bathroom. My presence can vary, but it's a couple of times a month AT MOST, and sometimes I can go for months without being there at all.

The flat is 964 sq ft, has its own private garden and front door, so you don't have to deal with going up and down in lifts. It's got a duplex feel to it, is really close to Victoria Park, the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, the canals etc. so great for doing stuff outdoors and socialising. We are into surfing so there is a beach feel to the space, real oak kitchen floor, counter and farrow and ball painted kitchen.

There is a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer and the flat has a big kitchen/living room with a dishwasher and TV with firestick, as well as a small garden/patio out the back. There is a desk space in the living room, so it’s great for those who work from home.

I have a concierge, security and a post/parcel drop-off service.

The number 8 bus stop is 2 mins walk and takes you to Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Liverpool St etc. Bow Road underground station and Bow Church DLR are less than 10 mins for easy commuting into the City, West End and Canary Wharf.

I have super fast broadband.

I am looking for a professional person or couple who are clean and tidy and respectful. When I mean clean and tidy we really mean it. We will only consider people who can prove that they arent the "leave the dishes in the sink, never take the bin out" kind of people. If you go on holiday and leave food fresh food in the fridge we probably aren't going to get on:-)
