Double room to let with garden view

Respectful, clean, lodger wanted for a double room in our home.
The house is very peaceful and although we often relax together, we are also respectful of our individual time and space. No smokers, couples, or pets . Must have ID and references. Walking distance to Victoria park (3-5mins) and Mile End (15minutes). Well connected by bus, rail and tube. Large garden, sitting room, kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom, in a 4 bedroom house. Street parking is available via purchasing a council permit and free after 5:30pm and at weekends.
You will get to meet the residents as we must all get on and must clean up after ourselves. There is a 3 months trial period. However, if you fit into our home you will be welcomed to extend your stay with us.
