I have 1 spacious fully furnished double room available in a clean and nicely decorated ground floor maisonette sharing with 3 long term flatmates (2 males and a female). Room size (4.5m x4m). 4 rooms all together. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The property is conveniently located about 10minutes walk from Mile End and Bow Road Tube, and Bow Church DLR stations (Zone 2). Roman Road market and Victoria park is only a stone throw away from the property.

Property has a fully fitted kitchen, laminate and tile flooring through out, high speed broadband, washing machine and thermostatic shower and additional toilet on the ground floor. I am particularly looking for a clean single person for long term (minimum 12 months). Experienced, registered and private landlord.
