The room will be available to view from today and are available to move into from 28th August 2026 when present tenants vacate. The new flatmates can be given a set of keys on the move in date. Will consider short lets as well!
The flat is situated within a Victorian period house and is very spacious The bedroom and study/lounge area is very spacious and comes furnished with the following items: Three wardrobes, chest of drawers, a very good double bed, a good sized desk with a chair, a two seat sofa that opens into a spare bed, a coffee table and T. V. There is lots of storage space so having much stuff need not be a problem.
The double bedroom is situated at the back of the property and has a high ceiling. Typical Victorian look. The rooms are bright and get a lot of natural light and sunshine. It is a very quiet living area facing the garden back part of the property.
The flat also has a large living/dining room for common use. There is a good sized open plan kitchen equipped with washing machine/microwave/fridge with freezer (all mod cons) etc. The property has toilets located on both floors (with sinks) and a good sized bathroom containing shower unit. The flat also has access to a large back patio garden space which is ideal for daily general use.
You would be sharing with three professionals and their cats. Very easy going, considerate and house trained! All in all, I would describe the flat as a place where you can happily live and let live. Although we all like to unwind with a drink and some fun etc this is essentially a quiet flat to live in. Internet access is 24/7 wireless.
The property is situated approx 2 minute walk from Bow Road underground station (District and Hammersmith and City lines) and approx 1 minute walk from Bow Church DLR station and an 8 minute walk to Mile End underground station (Central line) It is in zone 2. Bus stops are also situated very close by on the Bow Road.
The property offers very easy access to shops. There is a large 24/7 Co-op food store attached to a petrol station situated right opposite the front door of the flat and a Tesco Express less than 5 minutes away. The Westfield Stratford shopping centre is a short bus or tube ride away for a general shop.
