Double room available in Bow house of girls

Hey we’re 2 girls looking for a third person to join us in a house in Bow

You’l be joining Kat (27) and Myim (26) both friends from uni, working in advertising and sales. We’re wfh 2x a week :)

Looking for a housemate who is more of a friend and can build a really homely, fun, safe environment with but also has their own thing going on in LDN ❤️ We love a good chit chat, Myim does yoga and gym, Kat sometimes plays football and loves to cook. Kat’s been in the house for 2.5 years and Myim recently moved in a few months ago

The property is around a 7 minute walk from Bow station, v near Victoria Park ❤️
There is one large shared bathroom and one separate toilet, the kitchen and living room are a great size too! Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 6 hob stove!!
The room is the only one on the top floor and has windows on either side so it’s lovely and bright ! The sound proofing isn’t amazing so would need someone who is respectful of everyone below

The area is quite residential but feels very safe and has pubs, shops, cafes etc nearby as well as being down the road from Mile End and Bethnal Green.

Bills are around £150 each
Rent will be increasing in March 2027
