Room contains king-sized divan bed, new Emma mattress, large walk-in closet with storage, large en-suite with new modern shower and heated towel rail.
2 bed 2 bath garden flat in gated community in Bow
Flat is well looked after and contains all the mod-cons - brand new induction hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, utility cupboard with washing machine.
Sharing with one young professional - Male (32) Data Scientist, who is friendly, clean and tidy.
Looking for another professional (male or female) who is clean, tidy, and friendly, who wants to live in a home rather than a flat share.
I own the flat but am going away travelling, so subletting my room in the interim. Return date can be flexible.
£1400 per month inc. all utility bills but exc. a regular cleaner (additional £25 per month approx).
Parking space also available if required.
