The bedroom is on the upper level of the flat where you will be sharing a bathroom with one other. There is also direct access to the south facing outdoor terrace which has plenty of outdoor space for sitting and entertaining.
The price of £1000pcm is inclusive of all bills (utilities, internet, council tax, tv license).

The flat is fully furnished and is split over two floors. There is a fully stocked open plan kitchen / living room with a solid wood dining table and benches, a modern kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine etc. The living area has a sofa, tv, bookshelf and lots of houseplants. The lower floor has an en-suite bedroom currently occupied and upstairs has two additional bedrooms and with a bathroom (with bathtub).

There is a large, quiet south facing terrace at the back of the property with a great view of the Canary Wharf skyline. It's an ideal place to relax in good weather and admire the view.

You will be sharing the flat with two others. We are in our late 20s and 30s working professionals working in Urban planning and Media.

Location

The Roman Road area has a wide variety of independent shops, cafes and pubs as well as a street market a short stroll away. The lovely Victoria Park is only 5 minutes walking distance as well as Mile End Park and Regent's Canal.

The night-time meccas of Shoreditch, Dalston and Hackney Wick are also nearby if you enjoy a night out.

Transport

The nearest station is Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City Lines)which is a 10-15 minute walk. Bethnal Green Station is also nearby and is a 15-20 minute walk or a short bus ride.

There are several bus routes that operate near the flat that will take you into Central London, Shoreditch / Liverpool Street or Hackney and Stratford going East.

The National Express Coach to Stansted Airport also stops at Mile End and takes under an hour to the airport.
